One AI interview credit = one completed voice interview with a candidate (regardless of duration). Unused credits roll over for 3 months, then expire.

Can I change plans mid-month?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. You'll be prorated for any difference.

What happens if I exceed my credit limit?

You can purchase additional credits at $2.50/credit. Or upgrade to the next tier. We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fees. No hidden costs. You only pay the monthly subscription. Enterprise customers may have one-time implementation fees for custom integrations.

Do you offer annual discounts?
